A Costumer's Journey
A journey inside the VTEX e-Commerce Platform following the flow of an order, from the lead generation, under the Marketing Management scope, through the sale's conversion, under the Commercial Management scope, concluding with the delivery, under the Operational Management scope. Except for the script and the voiceover, I was responsible for all the rest, from images creation and edition, video cutting, audio sync, text translation and subtitles synchronization in Spanish and in English.
