In early 2013, while still working as a Sales Manager for VTEX in Brazil, I decided to create this spreadsheet as a KPIs/P&L Dashboard so I could introduce it to some retailers, especially those who were new entrants to the online sales world, seeking above all to offer guidance, helping them to know a little bit about the numbers involved in an e-commerce operation, as well as some of the market's basic KPIs. Project Management Smartsheet with Gantt + Q&A/FUP Spreadsheets
Spreadsheet I created in Google Drive using as a base a VTEX Project Management template, originally developed in SmartSheet.
Although it is based on a specific project management model, the tool can be easily adapted to be used in several other types of projects, not only restricted to a specific platform, or even to a market segment, such as e-commerce, for example.
As it's published in Google Drive, it's extremely easy to be shared with third parties, customers, and teams.
Quick note: its contents are in English, just to make it more comprehensive and easier to be shared.
The idea here is to offer a very simple and free alternative solution to the various EXCELLENT management tools available in the market, such as the SmartSheet itself, Trello, Wrike, among others. Have a nice project!
