About the beer: The style that would best define this beer is American Wheat IPA, due to the addition of 20% of wheat malt and three different types of American hops in its recipe, such as Cascade, Citra, and Chinook, that gives it a great bitterness, herbal aroma, and a citrus passion fruit flavor. The name and label of this beer is a tribute to three icons: Darth Vader, from the Star Wars saga, Eddie the Head, the mascot for Iron Maiden, and Eddie Vedder, the lead singer of Pearl Jam.

Serioux Black | Beer Label

About the beer: A Dry Stout with about 1/5 of wheat malt and almost 2/5 of pilsner malt and 2/5 of roasted malt added to its formula, which gave it a very black and cloudy coloring and inspired the creation of his logo and name: Serioux Black. The name comes from the combination of the word serious, for being a seriously dark beer and its dark color. It's also a tribute to Sirius Black, which is, in the saga Harry Potter, the protagonist's godfather, as well as an animagus that turns into a big black dog. A brew rich in toasted malt flavor and slightly bitter.
